Booking Rules

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
• The deposit will be applied toward your total service.
• The remaining balance is due in cash only on the day of your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• We understand that emergencies happen.
• Appointments may be rescheduled one time only if we receive at least 48 hours' notice.
• Your rescheduled appointment must be used within 30 days, based on availability.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments (No-Shows), or second rescheduling requests will require a new deposit.

• Please arrive on time.
• A 20-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 20 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

For the best results, please arrive with hair that is:

• Freshly washed
• Completely detangled
• Blow-dried from roots to ends
• Free of oils, gels, creams, and heavy products

• If your hair is not properly prepared, a $45 shampoo and blow-dry fee will be added.
• Clients with very short hair must send a photo before booking.

• Braiding hair is included with every service except Crochet Braids.
• Please select your desired hair color at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Clients may bring their own hair extensions ($10 discount will be applied).
• For quality control, outside hair must be pre-approved.
• Custom color blends (up to 2 colors) are available for an additional $20.
• Clients with sensitive scalps may request an Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse for an additional $20.

• Children are welcome from 7 years old.
• Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Clients aged 14 and older must attend appointments alone.

• To maintain a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, only clients receiving services are allowed inside the salon.
• Please do not bring extra guests. The salon does not have a waiting room.

• Appointments after 5:00 PM: +$20
• Sunday Appointments: +$30
• Last-Minute Appointments: +$30
• Emergency Appointments: +$20

• Please keep your head straight and avoid excessive movement while your hair is being braided.
• Please answer calls briefly and keep conversations at a respectful, low volume to preserve a pleasant atmosphere for all.
• Photos and videos may be taken for our portfolio and social media.
• Touch-up services are no longer available.

• Refer a new client and receive $20 OFF your next appointment after they complete their service.

• Prices are firm and non-negotiable.
• We reserve the right to refuse service.
• Service changes cannot be made once your appointment has been booked.
• If a hairstyle is not listed on our booking menu, please send a photo via Instagram, SMS, or email for a quote before confirming your appointment.
• Please arrange your transportation in advance.
• Smoking is not permitted inside or near the salon entrance.
• For everyone's safety, security cameras are in use.
