By booking an appointment with Freestyle Braid Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- By paying your deposit and booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and terms stated herein.
- These terms apply to all clients regardless of how the appointment is made (online, phone, or in-person).
- Freestyle Braid Beauty provides professional African hair braiding, weaves, wig services, and related hair care.
- Services are provided as described in our menu. If a style is not listed, please contact us before booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
- Service changes cannot be made once your appointment has been confirmed.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments.
- The deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
- Remaining balances are due on the day of service.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- One free reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice; the appointment must be used within 30 days.
- A second reschedule request will require a new deposit.
- Clients must arrive with properly prepared hair (washed, detangled, and blow-dried). A $45 preparation fee applies otherwise.
- Clients must arrive on time. A 20-minute grace period is permitted; after that, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
- Clients are responsible for selecting their hair color at least 48 hours in advance.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Freestyle Braid Beauty is not responsible for reactions to hair products or extensions that were not disclosed by the client prior to the appointment.
- Clients with known sensitivities should inform us before booking.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on our premises beyond our reasonable control.
- By booking an appointment, you consent to photographs and/or videos being taken during your service for use on our social media platforms and portfolio.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your stylist before the appointment begins.
- Freestyle Braid Beauty reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
- Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
